I am looking to get my Samsung tablet repaired through Samsung's repair service. It's not an obvious issue and I don't know what is causing the issue. So I assume that they will diagnose the problem and wants that done they will work out what needs to be done to fix the issue. However because I don't know what's causing the issue I have know idea how much they will charge me. Will they give me a quote before they make any repairs so I can decide if I want to pay for them.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. My Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Wi Fi isn't charging. I can't see any external damage, or anything obstructing the port. It hasn't been exposed to liquid damage either. But I couldn't find anything on the cost of repair, even a rough one.

@Members_rM5Kd0I: Do you have access to another charger that you can try to see if the issue persists, or a home computer that you can connect to via USB, as this will help to determine if the issue lies with the tablet or the charger itself.
If you do arrange a repair, please be assured that any quotations will be provided prior to the service going ahead, allowing you the chance to opt out of the repair. If the tablet is over 24 months old, then a service charge may still be applicable.
