Hi all , I just cleaned my tab a little be and I used spray , after this my tab power button stopped working

Turn it off from the touch-screen if it's already powered on. Leave it off for 48-72 hours in a dry, warm (not hot) place, and try the power button again. If you're still having issues, you'll need to service the device.

Side-note, don't force any drying with power-heaters or anything as they can cause condensation on the circuitry inside the tablet and cause more damage.
