I have a Samsung galaxy tab A7 lite and other Samsung galaxy mobile phones and a galaxy tab s9 WiFi and they have all updated over the last month or so but my Samsung galaxy tab A7 lite will not do a software update. It has been quite a while since it did a software update and the security patch is 1st April 2024 and all my other Samsung devices are 1st June or July for security update.
Is there anything I can do to get this tab to update?
