Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 stuck in boot loop - help!

Well I DID post this before but my post seems to have vanished, I've no idea why, so here it is again.

I've got a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3.  Unlike what the original responder thought - before the original post vanished - I was not trying to update it, just recharge it.  When I unplugged it from the recharger, it wouldn't turn on.  It just comes up with the little green android, then the little green android falls over with its chestplate open saying 'Update not found', then it goes off - the screen goes dark - and the loop starts over again.

I can get it into Odin Mode.  I can't get it into the mode where there's a list of options including Factory Reset.  I'm happy to Factory Reset it.  But I don't know how to do it, which is why I'm here.

I'm sorry if this is the same question posted twice, I get 'Page Not Found' when I click on the link to the original post in an E_mail that was sent to me.

Please, I'm not trying to update it, just trying to USE it.  Can someone tell me how to get it out of boot loop into the list of options including Factory Reset, or if all else fails, how to flash its BIOS without bricking it totally?

I'm not trying to update anything.  I just plugged it in to charge its battery, nothing else.  I just need to be able to use it again so I can be on the Internet when I'm out.

Yours respectfully

Chris.

Dear Kingcobra.

It goes into Odin Mode every time.  Not Boot Mode. That's the problem. I know Odin Mode is to flash bios but I've never flashed a bios on an Android device in my life and I don't know where to get the right firmware to flash it WITH!

Do you know?

Yours respectfully

Chris.

Hello Chris, your original post is still there but so many posts have been made since it may be hard to find.
In my previous reply, I recommended a visit to Android Forums as we can't discuss flashing devices here.
They are a friendly crowd and I'm sure you will find great help.
Hope you get it resolved.
