Try uninstalling/reinstalling app. I've had this before

@dsss  Tap Netflix profile and app Settings, scroll to Diagnostics and tap Playback Specification.  Next to Widevine do you have an option to change to L1?

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

I just checked ou my S23U and it's the same. L3 with SD playback and no HDR.... Strange.

Update: cache & app data clear, signed back in and all sorted.

Oh my gosh. Thank you!!

I just checked on my S23 Ultra and it also showed SD and no HDR. So I cleared cache and data, reinstalled it and all is ok now. 👌🏻
