Hi All
Just checking your thoughts my S7 Plus Tablet (wifi) has been in for repair twice within 6 months for the same fault (Faulty USB Charging Unit).
The 1st time around I expected to pay for it and did and the repair lasted until April 2024 (the repair occurred in December 2023) It was repaired again in May 2024 for the same fault and it has now failed again (July 2024).
Samsung apparently does not warranty their repairs and they have advised that I have to pay again for the issue which is exactly the same even within a 3-month repair window. Does it make any sense? why use an OEM repair facility if they can't even cover the repair of their own poor repair service which I believe they sub-out to non-Samsung qualified service centres?
Has anyone else experienced this poor level of service? or the same USB charging issue I'm having..

Hi your right it was a thought that crossed my mind to and appreciate the thought. But I'm using the original charger but a slightly improved cable from another Samsung device . I've tried different charging units to no avail it is a bit of a mystery especially as I'm babying this tablet. 3rd time the charm I hope or I'll have to try another option.
