S3 tablet or Tab S9 - which one good upgrade for now?

Hi everyone I look to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy Tab I look at Tab s9 or s3 tab witch one good upgrade for now

S9 is best, S3 will be getting old now if you still can buy them, which I'm not to sure if you can.

I am use the s3 tablet now I got It off Amazon as I thought it was going to be good enough but overall very disappointing in the item
