Hi,

Can someone help me please. Since the recent Android update, when you press the recent app button (3 vertical lines at the bottom of the screen,) I haven't been able to see the apps that I have recently used. I don't mean the apps that are already open, I mean the apps that are at the bottom that you can open. Thanks

Hi @Pippabell, if your Recently Used Apps screen is empty after you've updated your device, it may very well be a software glitch, so I'd recommend clearing the cache partition on your device. This will not remove any data, it will simply remove any unused files that may have become corrupted. To do this, simply follow the guide below:

> Connect your tablet to a computer using your USB charging cable.
> Turn your device off.
> Hold down the Volume up and Power buttons on your device at the same time. Keep holding the buttons until you see the Android logo.
> Release the Power button.
> When the screen goes blue/black release the Volume up button.
> Using the Volume down button, scroll down to "wipe cache partition".
> Press the Power button to select this option.
> Use the Volume down button to scroll to "Yes".
> Press the Power button to confirm.
> Press the Power button to select "Reboot system now".

If you could give this a try and let us know how you get on, it'd be much appreciated.
