Yep, had the same. Do you get an error that you are not eligible?

Yeah I get that error then it just keeps telling to go to settings and add my samsung account to my device even tho it's already added

ive spent hours on the phone to samsung over the last week as i also have the issue. it is being resolved and seems to be a website/dev issue that they are sorting. im being emailed my disney+ code but i have to wait for youtube premium and galaxy store credit until the website redeem is functioning accurately.
