I'm still waiting for my keyboard fir my S8 ultra getting nervous now as I was told weeks ago that my claim was accepted not when I track the order it doesn't exist

Got my approval email on 8th March so nearing 43 days and not a peep from Samsung, no response to emails and the promotions support team number is automated and when you type in your claim ref it cannot find it. Totally useless communications.
There is no team at the end of the 00300545396 number if you are wanting a status update.
I feel a call to BBC Watchdog is needed.
