Power toggle

Is there a way to add power toggles (for wifi, sync, bluetooth, screen brightness) like this in the Galaxy tab A9+?  I know it's a bit of a dated photo but felt that is the best way to show what I am looking for.

Not sure if there's something in the Good Lock app and it's modules that could potentially help, but what's wrong with using the quick settings panel?

The good lock seems to be for a Lock Screen. I am asking for a Home Screen.  As for why, it's one touch instead of two once the device is unlocked.

No... Good Lock has many modules, not just for the lock screen. Have a look at HomeUp or QuickStar modules. One touch instead of two 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😂
