My  tablet  overheating  when  charging  or watching  YouTube  video  
Is this normal or should I send it back to Amazon

Hi, that temperature is fine. It equates to 32C whereas 45C is hot for a device.

@owenwint22  Nothing to worry about.  The device will get hotter when charging and using power intensive apps, when downloading large files and using a lot of data for instance.  That temperature is certainly not excessive though.
