No Second Screen on my Tab A9+

I'd like to use my Tab A9+ a second screen for my laptop, however the "Second Screen" option doesn't seem to exist on it. I can't use Smart View, as I am unable to open Developer no matter how many times I tap the screen. Is there any way to obtain the "Second Screen" option that appears to be missing?

The A9 doesnt support second screen natively. You'll have to use a 3rd party app with good wifi, as the a9 doesnt support via usbc
