New book cover keyboard doesn't connect to S9 ultra table

I just received and try to connect it to s9 Ultra but it didn't work. I tried so many time to attach and reattach it but didn't work.

I had the same problem as you did, until I went and look for a system update, after I downloaded and installed it, everything works. Hope is helpful!

This did not work for me...  Slim keyboard case still not recognized.

Mines, the same got today and won't register update. Did nothing
