Netflix issue

Just got a new Samsung galaxy a7 tablet, but when I go on play store to open Netflix, it keeps saying it needs updating, but its been updating for 24 hrs along with other apps I try to get.
Any suggestions!

Hey @spottysocks, do you have a strong Wi-Fi connection on your tablet? Please do a Soft Reset of the tablet by holding the Volume Down as well as the Power buttons for 10 seconds. Next, go to: Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Toggle Wi-Fi on > 3 dots (top-right) > Advanced > Manage networks > Delete the network and add it again after resetting your router. Finally, close all the apps affected and Settings > Apps > All apps affected > Storage > Clear cache.
