My Tablet Tab S8 has just gone black on me?

Hi all,

My Tablet Tab S8 screen has gone black. I put it into Dex then after 2 minutes it has gone black. 

I recently updated the 6.1.1 update.

Edit: How weird it seems to have come back on. It wouldn't respond and now it has. I won't be using Dex for now.

Did you wipe cache partition after update ? Mine wouldn't allow quick settings access or open settings app , I couldn't get on wifi but once I wiped cache partition it worked perfectly

I think after I updated, which was yesterday, I did the system reset (where you have wipe cache and reboot system).
Today I put on Samsung Dex and the screen just went black. It wouldn't respond then a few minutes later it responded. I then did another clear system cache.

Mine froze on the Ai screen aswell , couldn't do anything

Oh did it? What device do you use? I don't think Dex is AI it turns your device into a desktop (is that AI)? I'm not sure.
Did your screen go black?
