@Meeeowwwwwww Just to clarify, is your display illuminated but not responding to touch? Please have a go at performing a soft reset on your tablet (no personal data will be lost) by pressing and holding your Side and Volume Down keys together for around 10-15 seconds. Has there been any physical damage to your screen?

Hi @Meeeowwwwwww Can you tell us how the screen was broken. Accidental damage such as a cracked screen caused by impact, dropping or bending would not be covered by the warranty (if applicable). There are some policies such as Samsung Care Plus which provide cover for this/wear and tear. However if that is not the issue not that can you clarify and possibly provide a picture. A different matter for defective parts though normal wear and tear or improper use would be excluded from warranty .
