my s pen is not working on circle near edge

I got a new s6 lite tablet yesterday  and tempered glass  and  pouch. now my s pen is not working on circle near edge,my pouch has some magnet near edge. I don't know what is the reason for that? when I used finger drawing then I can draw on that area but s pen is not working. Is it because of the tempered glass  or not working my screen properly?

Its because of the magnet which interferes with the s pen proximity sensors. I had the same issue with a flip cover with a magnet at the edge.
