According to Samsung, if you have multiple user accounts (in my example it was a new Galaxy Tab A 10.1 2019), you have to be logged on as the primary (admin) account to be able to switch to another user due to security reasons (even if you restart or power on you have to login the primary user first).
I can understand this for an Adult and Child sharing a tablet, but for say 2 adults sharing its riduculous. Or have i bought a childish tablet unknowingly?
Also, none of the documentation mentions this restriction! accidently missed or hidden on purpose?
Im glad my Windows PC was never designed this way!

I'm having the same issue, effectively makes the tablet redundant. Totally ridiculous - what's the point of multiple accounts if everyone has to access the main one to use the tablet??

STILL THE SAME ISSUE WITH THE BRANDNEW TAB S9.
Bought a 1,4k Tablet which still does not allow to be used independetly by 2 adults
Pro Tip: Switch to Huawei.. they have a great user management I learned today.
Galaxy tab will go back.
