Hi, perhaps I am missing something but when I download Wallpapers from Google on Tab S8, it is very zoomed. I've been using landscape mode if it helps.
Don't know for sure but it would be my guess that you are using wallpapers meant for mobile phones rather than a tablet. Try searching "Wallpapers for Tab S8" it might throw up some interesting choices.
