Keyboard Covercase S7 Keys not working

I've tried to contact Samsung about my volume and brightness buttons not working on the Samsung keyboard cover case, but they told me to ring promotions 0333 016 3421. This doesn't even work. Any tips on a fix? Or a direct number that works.
