Hi @cyborg_11, congrats on your new tablet, it certainly does sound odd for the tablet to lock right away. If you set up a screen lock (PIN, password, etc.), have you tried entering this to see if it helps you bypass the security? Where did you buy your tablet from? Was it already set up when you received it, or did you carry out the initial set up?
