If you genuinely want some help, then you need to provide some details and context to your problems. It is not possible to offer any advice to your post.
There are some possible troubleshooting steps that could be followed, based around cache clearing and resetting the device. We would need to understand your problem first.
Finally, your title doesn't start very well on a good note. Please try not to swear on the forum, no matter how frustrated you are.
There are many different types of people here, ranging from older age users, to young kids.
