Not sure what you mean by hanging.
Do you mean lagging. If so have you gone into settings and checked the battery and device care. Used the optimise.
Have you restarted the phone recently.
I could also be what browser you are using as well, does it do the same with the Samsung browser.
Also if the memory in you phone has very little space left, you can get problems.
Failing anything else, try backing up your phone data and memory. Do a factory reset.
