Hi,
The navigation buttons (open apps, home and back) on my new S7 tablet stop responding quite frequently, last night it
was 5 times in 30 mins. Also the ability to drag down from the top to see the notifications also does not respond. The only ways to "fix" this are
I have had this less than a week and this is the second tablet as Samsung replaced the first one after two days - same issue.
Anyone know if this is an issue (seems unlikely if two tablets are behaving the same way) or is there a setting to
stop this rather bizarre behaviour?

Just same problem over here. I purchased Tab S7 FE about 3 weeks ago. Everything was fine until software update.
The crashes started when the system was updated.

The majority of tablet freezes result from an app loading or running improperly, so closing the offending app or restarting your tablet should take care of the freeze. If your tablet is still unresponsive after removing problematic apps and restarting several times, you may need to factory-reset the tablet.
