My idea is to make it so when you connect tab s7+ via hdmi to a pc you're given an option to use it as secondary display for your PC and therefore use it as art tablet but with windows apps, this would highly increase demand for this product in my opinion
With the one ui 3.1 update there us now a feature called second screen, but I'm not sure if you can use the tab s7+ as a touchscreen and interact with the Windows screen, think it might just be a casting feature?
I know of this feature however to really have a good experience with drawing on pc/mobile device, is low latency extremely important, that's also why them reducing latency on their new spen was such a big deal
