I don‘t have the PIN to unlock my Galaxy Tab A6. The PIN is required for unlock and shutdown.
When trying to do a hard reset pressing the Power and Volume buttons the tablet is rebooting, but I don’t get into the reset menue. No SD Card and no SIM in.
Any ideas what I can do?

Hey @schremj ,
I'm sorry to hear that. Do you have a Samsung or Google Account set on the Tab? If so, you can try to unlock it using our Find My Mobile app or the Google app to locate the device. Find how to do this here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/what-is-find-my-mobile-and-how-can-i-use-it-to-loc...
