Hello!
I have a Galaxy Tab S7 FE. I am using a usb c - ethernet adapter trying to set up a Static IP address. I have used the same adapter before on Tab and successfully set this up. But now if I attempt to reconfigure the Static IP address the Tab will not allow me to Save it. The Save button is greyed out.
I have tried 2 different adapters, different ethernet cables and different devices to connect to. I have the Wifi turned off. I have tried configuring it with the ethernet cable connected and not connected. I have confirmed all of the Static network settings are correct. I have made sure that my Tab software is current.
But nothing I do will allow me to Save the settings. I feel like I am missing something stupid. Can someone please help me???? Thanks
