Email problem on S7FE

Since yesterday morning, I have been unable to access my BT emails via the Samsung email app. I get the error message " mail.btinternet.com isn't responding ."
 
 
 I have tried clearing the cache and data, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and clearing the tablets cache, all to no avail. I still have access to emails on my S23 phone. 
 
 
 
 
 I have done a manual setup using the same server settings as my phone, but it still won't connect. 

My wife has the same tablet, and she has no issues, so it must be something on my tablet.
 
 
 
 
 Does anyone have any suggestions please.

Hi Tourbillon, thanks for the reply, yes I can. Not sure how, but, it has suddenly started working again. The wonders of technology!!

Glad it is working.  A few other Troubleshooting in the event of future issues:

 check that email sync settings correct, see these  articles for details on the Samsung e mail app  https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/troubleshooting/   

Ensure there is not a restriction on Background Data with the app,sometimes it helps to reboot Device.
