Display mode not changing - Tab S8

I have a Tab S8.

When I try to change display mode between natural and vivid nothing happens. There is no change in the colour/tone in the preview image above the toggle. I know I should only expect a subtle change - but I'm not seeing any change at all. Is it working for other Tab S8 owners?

Also, I've read that when you change to vivid mode some additional colour adjustment settings appear. I don't get them when I change to vivid. Should these additional settings appear on the base Tab S8, or are they only for the Plus and Ultra?

Thanks, I didn't know about the Samsung Members app.  I've now posted an error report, so we'll see what they come back with.

Yes, I too have the same issue, my partner has the same devise with no issue, I'm going to send it back and get  a refund and by the sounds of it upgrade to the bigger plus, at least that one seems to work. Extremely disappointed!

@Steven12345 Is there any difference in the system software version on you and your partner's tablet (settings > about tablet > software information)?

Did you buy at same time and place?

Well I could ask, is there an option when you purchase a Tab 8 from Samsung to choose the system software you desire to get the setting that you assume will be standard to all Tab 8s seeing as it works perfectly well on your partners?  No?  And yes, it was bought directly from the Samsung store online... in good faith, I've sent it back now. I've had it only 3 days so I should get my money back.  But that's for another day, another thread
