I have a book cover keyboard for my tab s8+ and all of a sudden the caps lock and shift keys will not respond. All other keys including the function key appear to work. The keyboard is not physically damaged and is set to the correct language. A soft reset has not fixed. Any clues as to what is going on in the settings or software as its rendered the book keyboard cover almost useless.
I am having the same problem as well, right after uploading my tablet to (One UI version: 6.1.1 | Android version: 14 | Version: X800XXS9CYB1 / X800OXM9CYB1 / | Size: 393.00 MB | Security patch level: 1 February 2025)
