I  have  just  bought  a  samsung  gallaxy  tablet  s  I  know  it already  comes  with  wifi /can  any  1  tell  me  is  it  also  able  to to  4  g  /or  is  it  not  built  into  it  already or  should  I  have  gone for  1  that  advertise   wifi/  4  g

Hi @Hugh61. :smileyhappy:

You'd need one that's advertised as Wi-Fi and 3G/4G as the Wi-Fi only ones don't have a SIM slot. 3G/4G  isn't built-in.
