Bluetooth keyboard lag on Tab A

Hi I have a 2019 10" Tab A and I am getting keyboard lag with my Fintie Bluetooth keyboard. I have tried it with Samsung phone and it works perfect.

I have also connected two other keyboards to the tablet and they both have the save lag. Any ideas,please? Thanks

My husband's Tab A is stuck and cannot get out of link he clicked on which was on the London Stock Exchange forum. He has done this before many times! Any ideas?
