I leave an app for a few seconds and when i go back i have to load the whole app again, why??

Hi there, Turn restriction for background refresh of apps on or offPress the indicator next to "Turn on now" to turn the function on or off. If you turn on the function, app content will only be updated when you're connected to a Wi-Fi network.

You can do settings battery see if this is in you can turn this off

Not sure if I'm misunderstanding the question.....

Do you mean "If I leave as in come out of an app, and then a few seconds later, go back and open the app, I have to effectively open the app afresh?"

If so that's always been the case.

So i have an app open. I click the home button and a second later i go back on the app, and it makes me re open it

That's always been the case.

You've moved away from it.

Some flagship devices such as S23 Ultra, S24 Ultra, Fold & Flips have functionality for dual open apps but not all apps use this functionality. As your using a basic model I suspect you don't have that functionality.
