Yesterday one Tab S5e just updated to Android 10. So far, so good, until my kid started to type into the online class.
For some reason, this update made the physical question mark key be ignored. In a first moment, I thought it was dead, but suddenly I realized that Android 10 was recognizing it as Shift key.
I tested another exactly equal keyboard cover model in this tab: same issue. Tested both keyboard covers in another S5e with Android 9, both keyboards worked fine.
I double checked the keyboard language: in both tabs, they're the same.
Samsung support just told me to hard reset or send the tab to the repair service.
