able to draw blue and red irregular lines on the screen of a Galaxy Tab S

When using the screen of a Galaxy Tab S, able to draw ines in any pattern of blue and red on the screen.

Is there a fix for this or is my screen about to fail?

Are the lines the screen pixels changing colour, or does it happen when you press down on the screen especially hard?
