@jennie61: What device are you accessing the app on? Do you get any error messages when the app closes? Have you tried checking for available updates via the Google Play Store, in case it's a compatibility issue?
Tab A (2019) , I do not get any error messages and I have done all updates. I am confused as to why it chucks me out . I have u installed it, cleared caches, forced stop, turned off the tablet and even saved it to a memory card in the hope it would work
Check out if others are having the same problem by looking at the latest reviews. If others have the issue, its not your tablet. Another thing is to contact the developer of the app for support. You should also be able to find their email address on Play Store.
