I think it would be much more sensible to put the settings button that is in the notification shade after you pull it totally down, including all the other options on that line to below the date section, lime it was on One UI 2/2.5 as there is no use of accessibility/easability and is quite far up to reach on the larger phones + it's quite unlogical to switch it up after changing and customizing so many other aspects to help with reachability.
