I got the regular S20 after launch and every single day since, every single time of continuous use for more then 10 minutes the phone heats up and gets really uncomfortably hot!! to the point where it is really hard to hold and as a result the screen dims and reduces itslef to a lower frame rate other then 120 to try and reserve itself and reduce increasing heat. Just to add, I don't really live in the coldest environments but neither the hottest but regardless, the overheating is in no way logical for the circumstances, like driving down the road in a car with the weather outside being 26 degrees Celsius with stong air conditioning on in the car with only one app like Waze open in the background, with no charger connected and just after around 12 minutes the app crashes telling me that the phone is too hot, like WTH, isn't that what one of the main basic purposes of a phone now days? to be able to use navigation while driving without the phone overheating?, it is so so hard to love it after being such a die hard Galaxy fan and getting each new S and Note iteration but with the S20 it's really frustrating me each and every day, I so so hope that Sammy can come up with something and introduce a solution to this, although I won't hold my breath as it's most probably a result of inefficient hardware rather then software.
