To improve phone strength

To the ceo of samsung company.

As we know that our any phone gets damaged or had any thing we open the back of the mobile in that case some time the back material get broken or damaged so for that reason you should make a lock system on the back of the phone and to open the back lock system as we open the sim card tray inside that a lock open space will be given and to open that lock the samsung company only will have a special key for that.

So i hope you like my suggestion.

Thanks for your suggestion - I'm not sure a lock would be good in terms of letting people fix their own devices and also, I'm sure the lock could be picked!
