☆The label colors are rather dull and don'tmatch the samples;
☆ it would be very helpful to assign specific meanings to each color so that the sort would be consistent. For example, if one assigned yellow to be meetings then whenever you had a meeting you could use the yellow color to know that it was a meeting or some other activity.
☆ the current system defaults all scheduled events to 1 hour. Many events are much shorter such as 30 or 45 minutes. Users should have a choice of length of time.
☆ once an event has been taken care of or completed, there should be the option to fade the color but not completely remove it. This would give one a sense of accomplishment as well as keeping track of items that are completed versus items that are not yet taken care of it.
☆ there should also be the option to assign a flashing to a priority appointment or reminder in the calendar. Thus, when one gets to that day, it'll be even more obvious what has to be taken care of based upon the priority of flashing or some other color pattern
