show open apps in app overview for drag and drop screen splitting
It would be great to be able to split screen by drag and dropping open apps from the app overview (opened by clicking in the bottom left corner). This would be especially helpful for splitting the screen into three pieces with many windows open. Below, a little demonstration of what it could look like:
- Chapters
- descriptions off, selected
- captions settings, opens captions settings dialog
- captions off, selected
This is a modal window.
Beginning of dialog window. Escape will cancel and close the window.
End of dialog window.
This is a modal window. This modal can be closed by pressing the Escape key or activating the close button.
By the way, it would be great to be able to split the screen into four apps, but this is a whole other thing.
