Samsung Notes - Links to other notes and customizing links in notes

I use Samsung Notes for all my notetaking. These suggestions would greatly improve the note-taking capabilities of most Samsung phones. 

Suggestion 1: 

Sometimes notes are linked to other notes on the phone, I would like to be able to link a text in one note to a completely different note. So inter-note linking. 

 

Suggestion 2: 
OneNote offers a feature where you can copy a link to a part of a note. So I could make a comment in one note and link it to a specific part of another note.
