Reverse portrait screen rotation

Hi there, 

I've been really wanting a baked in way to rotate the screen so I can have the charging port at the top of my phone.

The main benefit; it would cause less strain of my charging cable while using my device plugged in.

All the apps that can create this are terrible or hidden behind a pay wall.

Any support would be greatly appreciated
