Reduce folders size

When a folder is clicked it literally takes the whole area of the screen.

It should just open like a small popup on top of clicked icon. 

It will make easy to click icons inside. Right now the thumb needs to cover a large area to click icons inside the folder.

As you might have noticed, one of the main improvements for One UI 2 is to make it easier to use for users who use device with one hand only (or frequently use One handed operations).

So I will make sure to share that with the development team
