Bixby Routines Weather Addition

For Bixby routines I wish they had options based on the weather.  I want Bixby to check the weather and if it's raining remind me to put on raincoats, If it's above 70 degrees remind me to water my plants.... something like that perhaps. Would be super useful

Also useful to control home heating, for example check 1 hour before wake up and if too cold (temperature below whatever) turn on heating

I also wish weather app could be added to routine. Alert for the umbrella would be handy for many users of tropical countries like me.

I wish we got an update on this, I would like to use this so if the temperature got too cold I would get a notification and no to bring my dog inside so she doesn't get cold. I have ADD so sometimes I forget to keep an eye on it.
