Add High pwm dimming to solve flicker issue.

Please sir add High pwm dimming in samsung phone. I can't buy samsung phone but I like because it has low pwm dimming that's why my eye strain or headache. When using samsung phone. So I i buy Xiaomi or real me mobile with High pwm dimming. But I want to buy samsung. That reason I can't buy samsung. Please solve that issue. And add some high pwm dimming.
