Add a tag or note to unsaved phone numbers

Add a tag or note to phone numbers in phone app that aren't saved as contacts.

Example: if a delivery man or taxi called you and will be calling later.   Would be nice to 'tag' or add a note to the number without saving it as a contact to remind you who or what it is.

This also stops syncing into contacts and affecting things like 'Do Not Disturb' or even who can see your profile pictures in apps such as WhatApp.
