it would be nice, if we will have a chance to uninstall the last update, something like the recovery, or restore point, like in desktop Windows, for example. 

Sometimes it would be handy.

Will need to be backed up before hand bit its a good idea maybe to do automatic back up before you install and update so you can go back to it if any issues with it.

Of course, but this is more convenient way.
I'm doing my backups quite regularly.

But why would you want to do that though?

In some situations it might be more better than just the backup, or the factory reset.
