Thanks for reporting! Here are some solutions that can be helpful:
1. First of all please check if you have the newest software version installed.
2. Try to reset Quick Panel customization - Reset the existing layout and try rearranging it in Quick Panel settings.
3. Check in Safe Mode - Turn off the power, press and hold the Power button, and tap ‘Safe Mode’ when it appears on the screen to enter. Please check if the same issue persists in Safe Mode. If it disappears, an installed third-party app may be the cause.
4. Check if Power Saving mode is disabled - Power Saving may cause some animations to be slower
If the issue persists after trying all of the above methods, please report the problem through the Feedback menu in the Samsung Members app. When leaving feedback, please be sure to attach log files so that we can analyze the cause more accurately and make improvements.
